My Studio

Here are some photos of my humble studio, which is tucked away in a corner of our basement, apartment, livingroom. I manage to find room for everything. I like to display things that inspire me and help the creative juices flow.

More Winter's Beauty

We've been getting quite a bit of snow the last couple days and everything looks so beautiful.

The Coming Storm

I found these picture that I took this summer. The threatening storm was so eerily beautiful. Some trees blew down but that was the worst of it.

Life Speaking

While I've been working on personalizing and beautifying my blog, not an easy feat for me, I came across this little cartoon I had in my photobucket collection. I can't remember where I found it but it struck me as so honest and funny I had to post it. I can really relate to this one at times.

Searching Out Winter's Beauty

Hibernation time is here again and I slowly make my way back to the "online world". It's an adjustment gearing the social calendar back down. The older I get the harder I find it to tolerate winters. The biting cold is hard on these aging bones and the diminishing sunshine envelopes me with the chronic fatigue blues if I don't take extra care of myself. I am making an attempt this year to remember the enchantment of winters past, by searching out the beauty winter has to offer. I'm making sure to have my camera with me on my walks to work so I can capture the little treasures that lighten my heart again.

The bright contrast of color against whites and browns.




These birds were wonderful to see. What a community, ... an online community!!!!
